The second sentance should read "some gun dealers".

My point that the BATF has the tools in existing law to stop gun-running remains valid.

Indeed the Telegraph's position is even less defensible if only a "small minority" of gun dealers are breaking the law.

This should make undercover stings very easy to accomplish.
